General info

The new Galileo Residence, completed in 2010, is located in the front row on the lush promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto, and offers its customers a welcoming environment and a relaxing atmosphere. It has 46 comfortable apartments of different sizes, one and two bedroom apartments, modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort.
In the internal bar and on the outdoor terrace you can enjoy a tasty breakfast or a pleasant aperitif.
Available rental bicycles (equipped with child seats) for suggestive walks on the cycle path that runs alongside the sea and connects different locations on the Riviera delle Palme.
The Reception is available to our customers 24 hours a day.
It has apartments:
BILO 2/4: double bedroom or twin bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed.
BILO 3/5: bedroom with 3 beds or double bed plus 1 bed, bathroom , living room with double sofa bed.
TRILO 4/6: 2 double or twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with double sofa bed.

All units have air conditioning ( in the living room and bedroom), dishwasher, LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, direct telephone and balcony.
The week 10.08 - 17.08 must be combined with the previous or the following one.

Compulsory final cleaning, excluding the kitchenette by the customer: € 50.00 for the two-room apartments , € 55.00 for the three-room apartments.
The weekly rates include:
Initial cleaning,
swimming pool with whirlpool and children's area,
children's play area,
gym,
Wi-Fi connections (in the apartment and in the hall-bar-pool area) and Internet Point,
consumption of water, electricity, gas
air conditioning.

The number of people booked must not exceed the type of apartment; no excess people will be accepted for any reason.

On request:

Two-room apartment facing sea ​​supplement € 55.00 per week.
Safe € 15.00 per week.
Outdoor and underground parking (subject to availability) € 30.00 per week.
Parking space extra € 35.00 per week.
Bed linen and towels kit € 10.00 per person per change.
Table linen kit € 5.00 per change.
Cot € 20.00 per week (bed linen not included).
High chair for children € 10.00 per week.
Use of washing machine € 5.00 (1 ½ hours).
Use of ironing room € 5, 00 (1 ½ hours).
Storage room for bicycles, mattresses, etc. € 15.00 per week.

Payment: 30% upon booking confirmation, balance within two days following arrival.
Deposit: a deposit of € 150 must be paid upon arrival , 00 in cash which will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the inventory and cleaning of the kitchenette.
Arrivals: Saturday from 17.00.
Departures: Saturday from 8.00 to 10.00, after the control of our staff of the state of the housing unit.
